Terms of Service

This Terms of Service is an agreement between you and Tarekcloud.

Tarekcloud is committed to providing reliable services and ensuring that all customers can use our resources reasonably and fairly through the following terms.

1️⃣ Changes to TOS

Tarekcloud may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice.

You are advised to check this page regularly for the latest terms.

2️⃣ Billing & Refund Policy

💰 Refund Policy

Tarekcloud supports conditional refunds provided you meet the following conditions:

  • 1. Pre-sale & Special Products

    Refunds are limited to the Standard Servers VPS series available on the official website. Promotional products, special offers, and Dedicated Physical Servers are not eligible for refunds.

  • 2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds without reason are not supported. Refund requests are only accepted in cases where the service is experiencing abnormal issues or failures caused by Tarekcloud.

  • 3. Refund Methods & Channel Restrictions
    • Refund to Original Method: Available ONLY for orders paid via Alipay or WeChat Pay.
    • Refund to Account Balance: For orders paid via Bank Transfer or Stripe (Credit Card), refunds will be credited exclusively to your account balance.
  • 4. Cancellation Explanation

    Clicking the "Cancel Service" button in the control panel only indicates that the invoice for the next period will not be generated; it does not trigger an automatic refund. To apply for a refund, you must open a Support Ticket for an eligible product.

🧾 Billing Rules

The system will automatically generate an invoice 15 days prior to the service expiration date.

The rules for overdue invoices are as follows:

  • Overdue by 1 day: Relevant services are suspended.
  • Overdue by 7 days: Service is terminated.

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be completed through the cancellation form in the Client Center. Cancellation does not imply an automatic refund. If a VPS is cancelled but does not meet refund conditions, a fee of 50 CNY applies to recreate the cancelled/terminated service.

👥 Affiliate & Membership

Our affiliate (AFF) system is currently open. Please submit your application through the client area.

3️⃣ Pricing Policy

💹 Price Adjustments

Tarekcloud reserves the right to adjust prices in the next billing cycle. Generally, historical invoices will not be adjusted. However, prices may be adjusted if costs rise due to changes in licenses, energy, venue, labor, regulations, or taxes.

💱 Currency & Exchange Rates

All prices are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Tarekcloud reserves the right to adjust the currency unit for some or all services after notice.

🆕 New Order Pricing & 🎁 Special Offers

Website prices, special offers, or individual discounts apply only to New Orders and not to existing orders.

Specific customers or groups may receive periodic promotional pricing. These offers are valid only for the designated account and are non-transferable.

  • Broadcast IP (Others): 10 CNY / IP / Month
Access Restriction Note: We do not guarantee that data center IPs can access Mainland China, Netflix, Disney+, dating sites, Etsy, or other passively blocked sites. However, we will do our best to ensure access.

🔄 Account & Service Changes

Offline account resale or transfer is prohibited. Violations will result in permanent termination of the account and services.

Official product transfers can be requested via support ticket. Manual processing fee is 10 CNY/time (includes synchronization of service management backend permissions).

4️⃣ Support & Liability

Overseas services are unmanaged. Tarekcloud guarantees only the default system installation and is not responsible for software configuration.

We are not responsible for downtime caused by operating system configuration errors. Customers can reinstall the system via the control panel.

We do not provide third-party support and only offer assistance to Tarekcloud customers.

5️⃣ Backups & Data Loss

Use of the service is at your own risk. Tarekcloud is not responsible for data or files.

Please ensure you perform offline or off-site backups yourself.

6️⃣ Abuse & Compliance Policy

🔐 Account Security

Accounts and passwords are for personal use only. Please keep your account information secure.

Registering multiple accounts is prohibited.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

(Including but not limited to):

  • Crypto mining
  • Child Pornography
  • Copyright infringement
  • Viruses, Malware
  • Terrorist activities
  • Spam / Phishing
  • TOR Nodes
  • Port Scanning / Hacks
  • DDoS / DoS attacks
  • Any illegal acts

🗣️ Communication Standards

Abusive, obscene, or insulting language is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

💻 OS Restrictions

Common Linux systems and ISO images are provided by default. Installing Windows privately on a VPS that does not offer a Windows option is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

🌐 Resource Usage Rules

CPU / IO / Bandwidth resources for VPS products are shared, and nested virtualization is not supported. Please note that all vps plans must adhere to fair and reasonable use of hardware and bandwidth resources.

Disk IO

We do not limit disk IO by default to ensure burst high usage for users, but sustained high IO occupancy is prohibited.

Bandwidth

Network ports are shared resources. Long-term high occupancy is not allowed (sustained usage exceeding 1Gbps for more than 1 hour or frequent port saturation).

Specific regions (such as Mainland China and Asia Pacific) may have additional restrictions; please refer to the product description page.

CPU

KVM VPS: CPUs are shared resources. If you continuously occupy 1 or more cores and affect other users, you may be asked to reduce usage. If abnormal system load is caused, the instance may be rebooted, shut down, or suspended. Day average CPU usage should be below 30% (Please note that we only focus on average usage), allowing for a brief 100% peak for 1 hour per day.

VDS: CPU has dedicated portions and can be continuously occupied according to the actual standards on the purchase page. VDS Products have a more lenient resource usage policy, featuring dedicated CPU cores, support for nested virtualization, and a policy of not suspending service when traffic is exhausted.

Dedicated Servers: Have fully independent hardware and network resources, which you may use fully provided you remain compliant.

Tarekcloud reserves the right to terminate violating accounts without notice. If you have any questions, please send us a support ticket.

7️⃣ Product Description

We will do our best to ensure stable usage, but we do not guarantee an SLA. In extreme cases, we may switch to backup models or migrate to other regions. We will compensate for service interruptions in terms of usage time, subject to the compensation notice.

  • Network: Non-China Optimized Models do not guarantee network quality to Mainland China.
  • Traffic: Traffic is calculated bidirectionally. Unless otherwise specified, the network stops when traffic is exhausted. Traffic resets at 00:00 on the 1st of every month, regardless of purchase date. Unused traffic does not roll over.
  • Storage: Unless otherwise specified, Disk RAID is supported by default. This provides basic redundancy only and does not represent data safety. Please ensure you make backups.
  • Compliance: All products must comply with the laws of China and the server location. Violating usage will result in service suspension until expiration without refund.
  • Fines: If an IP receives a complaint (Spam, Brute Force, Copyright, etc.), a fine of 150 CNY must be paid to restore service.

Tarekcloud reserves the right to terminate accounts and services at any time for any violation of the above terms, and has the right to inspect relevant account content.
